Poly Group launched activities themed around International Women's Day
On the occasion of the 114th International Women's Day, Poly Group organized various activities to create a distinctive and meaningful festive atmosphere for its female employees.
On March 7th, Poly Group held a group-wide women's symposium. Group leaders Zhang Wanshun, Sun Lixia, and Chen Guanzhong gave away flowers to female representatives and had a cordial conversation with them.
Sun Lixia said that in 2023, the Group's business was running steadily and improving, and that the achievements were attributable to the joint efforts of the whole group, especially the 46,000 female employees. She hoped that Poly's female employees in the new era could set firm goals, take responsibility, carry forward virtues, and be confident and self-loving, so as to shine their beauty in their own positions.
The symposium was presided over by Luo Depi, chairman of Poly's trade union. The symposium also witnessed the release of "Story of Poly's Female Models," which included the encouraging past of outstanding women at the grassroots level of Poly Group. At the symposium, the front-line outstanding female representatives talked about their feelings, experiences, and responsibilities according to their own job duties, which fully demonstrated the spirit of “being as good as men.”
On March 8th, the trade union of Poly Group organized the China-chic carnival in the new Poly building. Women employees based in Beijing played games, visited markets, and experienced the making of intangible cultural heritage handicrafts. They have celebrated this International Women's Day while indulging in the charm of Chinese traditional culture.
The brilliance of women is the brilliance of the times. The highlights of women are the highlights of social progress. Poly's trade union will continue to do a good job in caring for the women wholeheartedly, so as to spur "women's strength" and bring out "women's excellence". On its way to becoming a world-class enterprise, Poly will sing out loud "women's ode" and encourage "women's merit".
